How long does a chat last?

Free chats last 5 minutes. Paid plans give you longer sessions. The timer is controlled by our server, so it is the same for both people.

Do I need a profile photo?

No. A nickname is enough. Most people never add a photo.

Will my phone number be visible?

Never. It is used only to sign you in.

What happens when the timer ends?

If you both tapped Continue, the chat becomes a saved connection. If not, it closes and the messages are no longer available.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings inside the app and choose Delete account. Your profile, messages and connections are removed.

I paid but my plan is not active.

Payments usually apply within a minute. If not, contact us with the time of payment and we will fix it.
