Terms of use
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing in you confirm this. We remove accounts belonging to minors permanently.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share access, impersonate anyone, or create accounts to evade a suspension.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our community guidelines. Harassment, sexual content, solicitation of contact details, spam, scams and hate speech are prohibited.
4. Chats and connections
Timed chats end automatically. A chat only becomes a saved connection when both people choose to continue. We do not guarantee a match, response time or availability of any person.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans unlock longer sessions for the stated validity period. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
Digital access is delivered immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If a plan failed to activate or was charged in error, contact support and we will refund or restore it.
7. Suspension
We may limit, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you broke these terms or put another person at risk. Serious safety breaches result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Service changes
The product is under active development. Features, session lengths and pricing can change, and we may pause parts of the service for maintenance.
9. Liability
KOIHAI connects people; it does not verify identities beyond our stated checks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users or for indirect losses.
